Preparing a device for offline use

Active teams are prepared automatically when possible. The Offline readiness screen shows each team’s download size, last synchronization time, and whether it is ready or needs attention.

1. 1Connect the exact device you will carry.
2. 2Sign in and choose the intended team.
3. 3Open Account and scroll to Offline readiness.
4. 4Refresh the team download if it is not Ready.
5. 5Wait for preparation and synchronization to finish.

On the web, use Protect offline downloads when the browser offers persistent storage. This asks the browser not to clear TactiFlag’s prepared team data automatically when space is low.

Test before travel, not at kickoff.

1. 1Confirm the team says Ready and the pending-change count is zero.
2. 2Open the playbook, a priority play, and Game Day.
3. 3Temporarily disable connectivity.
4. 4Verify the prepared team and important plays still open.
5. 5Restore connectivity and confirm the status returns to Synced.

Archived teams are not automatically prioritized. Use Keep offline when you intentionally need an older team on the device, and remove old downloads when storage is limited.
