Understand device storage

Prepared teams and supported offline changes use durable device storage. On the web, the browser controls that storage and may manage it differently from the installed mobile app.

  • Use Protect offline downloads when available
  • Keep adequate free device space
  • Do not use private browsing for critical offline work
  • Do not clear site data while changes are pending
02

Respond to storage warnings

A warning means the device is approaching a risky state. A critical or memory-only message requires immediate attention.

  1. 1Keep TactiFlag open.
  2. 2Free space without clearing TactiFlag data.
  3. 3Return to the app and use Sync now when connected.
  4. 4Confirm the pending count reaches zero.
  5. 5Only then close, sign out, or remove downloads.
03

Remove an offline download safely

Removing a team download does not delete its cloud data, but TactiFlag prevents replacement or removal when doing so could strand pending changes.
