Sharing, presenting, importing, and exporting plays

Presentation mode removes editing controls and gives the diagram more room. Use it on a screen, tablet, or shared coaching session when the goal is explanation rather than modification.

A shared-play link is useful for teaching without granting access to the entire team workspace. Treat the link as team information and revoke it when it is no longer needed.

2. 2Choose Share and create the intended view.
3. 3Open the link yourself before sending it.
4. 4Send it only to the intended audience.
5. 5Revoke old links when the teaching window ends.

Playbook packages preserve editable plays, including formations, assignments, routes, ball paths, zones, details, situations, and connected families. They intentionally exclude roster names, player profiles, observations, practices, and game history.

2. 2Store the `.tactiflag.json` file securely.
3. 3Open Import in the destination playbook.
4. 4Review duplicate detection and select the plays to add.
5. 5Verify several imported diagrams before using them with a team.
