Each coach should use an individual account so staff access, offline permissions, recorded actions, and account recovery remain understandable. Do not share passwords between coaches.
- Use an email address you control
- Protect access to the device
- Remove former staff promptly
- Sign out carefully when offline changes are pending
Handle team and player data responsibly
TactiFlag is designed for adult coaches and authorized team personnel. Enter only the information needed for coaching, and do not place passwords, medical details, or other highly sensitive information in notes.
Use your account controls
The Account & Privacy Center includes subscription status, offline readiness, storage protection, sync review, and account-management options. Team owners separately control assistant access from the team workspace.
Request deletion
Use the in-app account-deletion control or the public deletion page. TactiFlag may need to verify identity and team authority before completing a request.
