Write a reusable drill
A drill record should be understandable months later and usable by another authorized coach.
- 1Give the drill a specific name.
- 2State the skill or decision it develops.
- 3Describe setup, space, players, and equipment.
- 4List two or three observable coaching points.
- 5Add a suggested duration that can be adjusted in each practice.
Assign drills to teams
Keep reusable drills in your personal library, then assign them to the teams that need them. This avoids maintaining slightly different copies of the same drill.
Drills offline
Assigned drills are included in prepared team data so coaches can reference the practice plan without a connection. Create and edit the drill while online.
