Start with the outcome
Name the practice, set the duration, and write one objective that a coach can evaluate at the end. The time budget should serve the objective rather than simply fill the schedule.

Build useful practice blocks
Use warm-up, drill, install, team, situational, and review blocks consistently. Titles should tell assistants what is happening without a separate meeting.
- Put transitions and water into the time budget
- Attach the exact play when installing a call
- Use block notes for coaching points and equipment
- Keep the plan readable on a phone
Run or print the plan
Use live practice mode when you want the current block, clock, and completion state on a device. Print the plan when assistants need a paper copy or when device access is uncertain.
