Build the weekly install board

Choose the plays that must be ready for the next game or event. A smaller committed set produces more useful readiness evidence than marking the entire playbook as this week’s install.

  1. 1Open Install from the practice workspace.
  2. 2Create or choose the current install cycle.
  3. 3Add the priority plays.
  4. 4Assign coaching or player responsibilities when needed.
  5. 5Review the board before finalizing practice plans.
02

Record confidence and repetitions

Confidence should describe observed readiness, not optimism. Pair it with repetitions and a short note so the next coach understands why the status changed.

  • Record after a meaningful rep or practice block
  • Use consistent confidence standards across coaches
  • Note the specific breakdown when confidence is low
  • Do not inflate readiness simply because a play is on the call sheet
03

Review evidence

The Evidence view connects practice activity and other recorded usage to the current install cycle. Use it to decide whether to reteach, simplify, or remove a call before Game Day.
