Before you begin

Use an email address you can access, choose the device you expect to carry on the sideline, and have your team format and roster nearby. TactiFlag works best when the team, playbook, practice plan, and Game Day workspace all describe the same system.

  • A modern browser or supported mobile app
  • Your team name and 5v5 or 7v7 format
  • Optional player names, numbers, and positions
  • A reliable connection for the first setup and offline preparation

Create the first workspace

After signing in, create a team and confirm its format. The format sets the starting player count and field assumptions used by the play editor.

  1. 1Open TactiFlag and create or sign in to your account.
  2. 2Create a team from the welcome screen or team switcher.
  3. 3Choose the team format and season details.
  4. 4Add players now, or return to the roster later.

Build a useful first play

Start with a play your team already understands. The numbered image below shows the controls you will use first; the complete Play Editor guide goes deeper into every route, motion, and ball-sequence tool.
